Communicating With Providers and Suppliers
When using the communication features and software applications on this site in order to contact us, you will be asked to supply various contact information which will allow us to respond to your request. Depending on how you prefer to be contacted, you may be asked to provide the following: Telephone Number; Fax Number; Mailing Address; and e-mail. We will not disclose your e-mail address unless you request to be contacted via email.
E-Mail Communications Policy
By providing your e-mail address, you agree to accept necessary communication pertaining to the services and operation of Cold-Flow including but not limited to: confirmations, additions or deletions to our core services, notification of product enhancements, notification of service interruption and changes to this policy. All e-mail communications from Cold-Flow Corp. are sent by Cold-Flow, or by a provider under contract with Cold-Flow. At no time will we distribute your e-mail address to another provider except as stated within the “Communicating with Providers and Suppliers” portion of this notice. All non-essential communications from Cold-Flow or one of our trusted partners will contain a link or instructions for opting out of future communications. If the message you receive has been sent on behalf of one of our partners, the message will contain two separate means of opting out. One opt out will be from Cold-Flow Corp. and the other opt out will be to remove you from the partners e-mail list. Please Note: To comply with the United States CAN-SPAM act, opting out from future communications from a Cold-Flow partner will require your e-mail address be given to that partner so that they may add it to their own do not mail list.
Cold-Flow uses web logging to track the usage of our services, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and to identify possible future enhancements to our site. In addition to logging pages viewed and features used, our logs also collect referring IP addresses or domain names of visitors to our site. This information is used in reporting and analysis of our website, some of which may be shared with Cold-Flow vendors and clients.
Cold-Flow Corp. pages may contain web beacons that allow Cold-Flow to count users as they visit certain pages. Cold-Flow may use web beacons in concurrence with: promotional e-mails, online advertising, or newsletters, in order to determine their effectiveness. Web beacons only collect limited sets of information, including a cookie, which identify the referring source, pages viewed, and time the page was accessed. They are not used to access your personal information on the Cold-Flow website.
