Capabilities

Our source can form parts generally ranging from 1oz to 5 lbs with a maximum part length of 12 inches. They can also form parts outside of these parameters when the type and location of deformation needed permits it. We have many years of experience producing parts from carbon and alloy steel, copper, and aluminum, for all types of industrial applications we can.  Tolerances on cold formed parts are generally within + or - .005" and warm formed parts are typically + or - .010". Tighter tolerance by cold coining a forged part can produce parts as precise as + or - .002” on some dimensions.
