Warm Forging

Capabilities

parts can range from 1oz to 10 lbs, with a maximum part length of 12 inches. parts outside of these parameters and be formed when the type and location of deformation needed permits it.  We have many years of experience  producing parts from carbon and alloy steel, copper, and aluminum, for all types of industrial applications. Tolerances on cold formed parts are generally within + or - .005" and warm formed parts are typically + or - .010". Tighter tolerance by cold coining a forged part can produce parts as precise as + or - .002” on some dimensions.
